Bill Kelly, Consultant
Bill Kelly has more than 30 years of real estate experience with expertise in acquisitions, entitlements, horizontal and vertical development, dispositions, joint venture partnerships and management. He also has experience in retail natural foods, action sports and retail.
Prior to Kelly Consulting, Bill served as Chief Executive Officer of Comfort Homes. Prior to that he spent four and a half years as Chief Operating Officer of Curtis Development, where he was responsible for all aspects of the Temecula office operations. During his tenure there, Bill oversaw annual sales in excess of $100 million, resulting in profits of over $20 million. In addition to his CEO and COO work, Bill has had the role of CFO for various companies over his career.
